I have a theory that physical tickets will never return because having a “free” souvenir would prevent a lot of people from feeling like they need to get merch
"use ai or you'll get left behind" oh no that's okay you guys go on ahead i'll be back here with my reading comprehension & critical thinking skills
I just think it would be better for everyone if the people who make adhesive for maxi pads and the people who make adhesive for bookstore price stickers switched jobs
genuinely fuck whoever came up w the dumbass idea to replace THE DICTIONARY BUILT INTO GOOGLE with the ai overview's definitions i hope everything in their life fucking sucks
We can live without AI. what we cannot live without is fresh water, farmers, agriculture, land. stop supporting ai because it is destroying our planet.
please stop making everything digital i want to keep saving the movie ticket, the concert ticket, a handwritten note, a photo, the invitation of about 15 & all those little things in a shoebox to open when im 80
living in an age where im watching live music slowly die because its turning into an art for the rich. do people forget that fans are the BACKBONE of the industry? artists would be nowhere without fans, live music wouldn’t be a thing without fans.
and yes if you paid over 800$ for a ticket you're also a big part of the problem. it's exactly because of people like you that they feel like it's ok to ask for a month's rent for a ticket, they know some of you will buy the ticket no matter what.
Hey @Harry_Styles as someone who’s loved you for almost 14 years and went to all the tours, I’m at a loss for words over how much you/ur team seem to have lost touch with reality in terms of residency shows and ticket prices. Music should be accessible. Remember how you started.
harries just an fyi, you can still love Harry but be angry about these prices. we live in a world where people are living wage to wage, in serious debt and living in awful conditions cause they can’t afford otherwise. In fact, you SHOULD be angry about the price of live music
going to a concert is supposed to be like when you’re going to a museum or the cinema btw, it’s supposed to be fun casual night out enjoying an art form, you’re not supposed to take out loans or max out your credit card for it,, wake up people
Maybe unpopular opinion, but I hate this residence type touring because it basically shifts the costs of travel to the fans. It used to be the artists trying to get to many fans as possible, now WE have to spend extra money on flights and hotels if we want to see the show
Okay need to put this out there bc I know there’s gonna be a lot of confusion. In Canada (and in some northern US states) a cottage is a catch all term for any lake house, regardless of size or opulence
