Absolutely diabolical customer service from @Tesla UK! Delivery times moved multiple times, different information given every time you manage to get through to someone. No call backs and no response on the app. Not impressed!! @elonmusk

@UPS_UK absolutely shocking service! 2 of my parcels have been delayed for over a week now. I’ve waited in on multiple occasions for the status to change at last minute. They were posted over 3 weeks ago. I have spoken to someone from customer service every day since Friday!

@UPS_UK I’ve been told that it is being delivered today, however it is not showing up on my tracking as out for delivery. I have now been told this 5 times over the past week. If it’s not delivered today I will really not be happy! How can I get a contact number to speak to a manager?

@DVLAgovuk I’ve had an ongoing problem for a month now with my licence which is just not getting sorted on emails. How am I meant to speak to someone to get it sorted if I can’t get through on the phone??

@SkyHelpTeam I’m not having an engineer, that’s the issue! I have been told I have to pay for one when it’s the update that has caused the issue. Therefore, I dont believe that I should have to pay for an engineer.

@SkyHelpTeam not happy after the update has caused my box to stop working and to be told that I have to pay for an engineer to come! It was working fine yesterday before the update was done. Now I can’t do anything apart from watch live tv! Shocking customer service.
