Janet Skinner (put into the same jail as Rose West & on suicide watch) & Tracey Felstead (incarcerated when she was just 19) pulled him up on two issues.

🔹Sunak said it happened a long time ago in the 90s. It didn't. It's been ongoing since 1999 when the Horizon system was introduced. The convictions were only overturned in 2021.
🔹Sunak said "interim payments of up to £600,000". Wrong. For those wrongly convicted and sent to jail there has been a full and final offer of £600,000. Take it or leave it.

Their story is truly unimaginable and yet it has happened...and for hundreds of others it's still going on...

For years Labour @KevanJonesMP has been officially asking for her CBE to be withdrawn.

Here is his SECOND letter to the Honours Forfeiture Committee 👏🏼👏🏼

The award of a CBE to Paula Vennells, "a person who resided over the widest miscarriage of justice in English legal history, is utterly wrong and deeply insulting to those who suffered prosecutions during her tenure."

We await the reply from a Committee which needs to pull its finger out.
