@CrossCountryUK @amyoliviia Little space there was. I was in absolute agony by the end of my journey and really distressed. CrossCountry’s response? Booked seats don’t guarantee seats and they could only offer me 5% refund in the form of vouchers for another rail journey, which means I don’t really get any
