Anyone have any experience with getting letting agencies to actually act? Currently have this fast growing mushroom coming through our hall ceiling and all I can get from @KFH_Brockley is out of offices despite numerous calls and emails?

For context, the hole was caused by a water leak from a faulty drain on move in day (24 July) and we are still also waiting for a follow up plumber visit and a building company to come and quote on fixing the ceiling. Our rent is in excess of 3k a month
