@Beer52HQ can you please tell me ,why my 16 year old was able to purchase a bottle of whisky and a box of 10 craft beers from yourselves , and you also charged him £70 for the privilege, do you not ask for ID ? I am disgusted, I will be taking this further
@HiltonHotels checked out of room on February 3rd after staying for 5 nights at your hotel on Times Square , I was charge a $500 deposit on arrival which I was told would be refunded , lo and behold said money is still pending in my account and has been since the 30th of Jan
@virginmedia Not just in the local area again unfortunately from what I have seen on social media so far it’s a 10 mile radius , what is the problem all the time , our internet is more off than on , when it works it’s brilliant but service just doesn’t last , without internet every month
@virginmedia no internet again I’m my area , been over 8 hours now , when are you going to sort this problem out ? Off for over 40 hours the last time , was promised compensation, still waiting for that , but would love to know how you keep providing such a bad service
@virginmedia I have spoken to someone on webchat this morning they said they were aware there was a problem but can see that there is a problem in our area and that engineers will be sent to fix problem but no timeframe given , I hope it’s not another 2 days with no internet

@virginmedia Area experience problems with our internet , sometimes it only goes down for an hour or two but we are now over 14 hours , a courtesy text would be the way forward and to acknowledge that there are problems
@virginmedia no internet for 13 hours in our area , customer service is non existent, and this happens far too often , pay £45 a month for a service which is way below par , I can’t wait for my contract to end fed up of the worse service ever

@The_Oodie placed an order 10 days ago , no updates at all and order hasn’t even been processed or sent , no way to contact customer support , how can you rip people off like this ? Not like the items are cheap even
