What a milestone today to say goodbye to one of our amazing vaccination centres! Thank you every one for all your support working and volunteering at the centre for the past two years - I truly am grateful for all your hard work and it has been a privilege to work with you all ❤️

@leadership_log So with thought are we not describing the traits of an inquisitive explorer? Risk with disruptive leadership could be a tendency to demand team come with you. Gosh love the fact this really made me think what did that mean to me - I sit outside the traditional always and explore
@leadership_log A1 agree with comments regarding break from the norm, looking for that art of the possible and curiosity with courage but for me the term ‘disruptive’ is what I struggle with. For me this term has negative and damaging connotations.
