@AXS_UK is shocking. Got upgrade from @BSTHydePark app said upgrade avail for my event. Paid £180 and it's booked upgrade for Sunday 29th instead of our tickets we have Saturday 28th June Zach Bryan. AXSRefusing refund. It shouldnt let you do that! I don't have a ticket for 29th!
