Help please @evernote I need to contact customer support and get a problem fixed please how can I do this?! I need direct help the forums are not helpful for this situation.
I've done all of this & as I said the customers service & communications between Lufthansa and airports is non existent. The online platform is effectively useless. Your representatives continue to say they can't do anything because "well I'm not at the airport". So who CAN help?

@lufthansa Artimis and Tiana are both based in the Heathrow team and we're so rude and awful. Tiana hung up and Artimis said her job was "not to be respectful". Please help me find my list bag!

PLEASE START RESOURCING LONG TERM UNRESTRICTED FUNDING QUICKLY BEFORE A WHOLE GENERATION WILL COLLAPSE AND GIVE UP. EVEN IF SOME ENDOWMENTS WERE DRAINED TO HALF THEY WOULD BE FINE AND WE NEED TO MOVE BOLDLY AND TRANSFORMATIVELY WITH A TAD OF SAFETY. PLEASE HURRY UP. PLEASE.
