Today we report single-cell APEX-seq (scAPEX-seq) — a new method for unbiased mapping of *subcellular* transcriptomes at single-cell resolution. This approach reveals cell states that are not detectable by standard scRNA-seq, and enabled us to identify regulators of CAR T function that improve solid tumor killing.

An amazing three-day symposium on circadian rhythms and sleep ERATO UK-Japan Joint Symposium at the Oxford Martin School! Full of inspiring talks on a wide range of research topics and model systems😊 Thank you to the organizers @aartijagannath@hiroking1975@VVyazovskiy!
CaMKII is a molecular organizer of synaptic plasticity, learning and memory. Now @Lipton_Lab show that the core clock protein, BMAL1, imparts a circadian rhythm to CaMKII activity via phosphorylation-dependent synaptic localisation and CaMKII interaction:

Enjoying a spectacular performance by the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra. What a way to end a phenomenal week of chronobiology. Thank you @MarthaMerrow for arranging this event and all researchers who contributed their time for us students. #2022ChronobiologyTrainingSchool
#2022ChronobiologyTrainingSchool Ending our week-long Chronobiology School in Munich with the Symphony Orchestra, thank you so much @MarthaMerrow for the recommendation! It’s been a great pleasure meeting everyone! 💕
Really lucky to have witnessed the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra in Munich, with our professors today! Thank you for the recommendation @MarthaMerrow
