Faulty garden sofa received 15 days ago, advised they would arrange for replacements to be sent… not a word heard from either company so chased today to get told I need to send MORE photos before they do…

@premierinn Thank you for being amazing and so understanding! I could not fault any one member of the team who I have dealt with, from the manager at the hotel, all the way up to the service team who sorted everything out for us so speedy! You were brilliant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

2 hotels booked to spend time with the family in Nottingham over xmas. My dad had a stroke so Xmas was cancelled. The amazing team at @premierinn arranged a full refund for my room (even though it was non refundable). Unfortunately the same couldn’t be said for @Village_Hotels

@Village_Hotels I’ve already been on to central booking who had refused. Management at the hotel also took details and investigated higher up doing everything they could, was still denied. I don’t think there is anything else you could do…think you should take a leaf out of premier inn’s book!

Who denied my mum a refund for her and my dads room “as the booking already passed” even though the hotel were notified and emailed 14 hrs prior to check in. Can’t fault the management at the hotel who tried their best, but unfortunately central booking/higher up have no heart.

@OfficeShoes had an order to be delivered in store, notification to say it was dispatched a week ago, no further correspondence. Just wondering if you could check the status, I have been waiting for a person to reply to the online chat for over an hour. Thanks

On another note, I’ve worked the past 4 christmas’ and had no problems with trains, this year getting back to Solihull from London has been a nightmare. A 1 hr 20 minute journey has currently taken me 5 hrs and I’m still not home🙃

Worked 24th, 25th & 26th December 7.30am-8.00pm, and missed quality time with the family.

Delayed Christmas today has been ruined due to awful trains.

If Santa hasn’t delivered me @F1 tickets for when I finally get to celebrate, i may be going into 2023 as a broken woman
