I am learning more about speech conditions everyday 🗣️ The brain 🧠 is very complex. Apraxia,Verbal Dyspraxia, Aphasia, Ataxia, Dysarthria, all effect the speech & can be brought on unexplainably as in my case, or from birth, or trauma from a stroke. This film is worth a watch & is streaming from this Friday.
after a week off with COVID I’ve had the best morning on placement in sessions and meetings with other professionals, rounded up with some amazing feedback from my educator on what a fantastic SLT I will be - feeling very proud of how far I’ve come over the last two years #slt2b
Proud of @BenBoltonSLT, talking about the importance of supporting the future of #SLT, with input from lecturers @UoL_MSc_SLT and @SteveJamieson12 too #fundSLT (Feature is from 7:00 mins 😊) @rcslt
