@ZARA_Care I returned an item instore that I had brought instore 5 weeks ago and still haven't got a refund, after 5 weeks!!! I have battled with customer care on live chat and agents over the phone multiple times. I want my money back immediately and some sort of compensation!

@ZARA I returned an instore order to a store in London on Monday 9th of September and I am still waiting for my refund over 4 weeks later!! I have been in contact over live chat and over the phone and the service is an absolute joke!!!
