Also on the Delta bag check issue, last time TSA apparently pulled my bag and rifled through it and didn’t replace my lotion cap and spilled nail polish in my bag. Horrible mess and my curling iron is gone. Lesson learned…don’t precheck your bag on Delta. Do it at the gate.
After traveling on Delta lately I’ve learned the trick! Don’t precheck your bag. They beg you to check it planeside and then you don’t have to pay the crazy fee. I’ve wasted $60 in the last month thinking I was being a good citizen and checking my bag on the curb. :-(
And an absolute magical follow up sequence from WRAL, it’s very next article was disguised as an Olympics update but turned into another one of their programming advertisements.
Once again, WRAL is propagating fake social media posts and calling it fact checking. I won’t link or repost because unlike WRAL I prefer not to share fake news. But it’s on their mobile home page. Spoiler alert…she is alive and well.
Oh! And that was it? WRAL, finished with commercials and nothing on the teasers that were set up before 6:30. Ok, if they can forget about it so can I.
The teaser on WRAL before 6:30 about jobs has still not been mentioned. Now on to Orange County vaccine requirements, mask controversy protests, Covid cases in kids. Injuries at an event in Wendell. The new building downtown. Tropical storm Fred. And on to Elizabeth.
Finally, some actual news items on WRAL. The situation in Afghanistan, covid vaccinations in schools, ban on exotic pets. In total, 6 minutes of actual news, then commercials.
Watching WRAL for the last 30 minutes and so far there has been one actual news item reported-the weather. Other than that it’s been set-up teasers and promos for other programming on the channel.
