@EricSpracklen That's exactly my argument. Yes, those houses have price cuts. That's because they were overpriced when they were initially listed. Even with the price cuts, I still believe they're overpriced by 15 to 20%. A reversion to the mean will occur.

@SGBarbour Totally agree. If you only have one buyer of the product, then the value of that product is what that buyer determines it is. The value of any network is determined by the distribution times the number of inputs utilizing that network. After he gets to 1M, focus on P2P.
