If I hadn't spent so much time with them trying to make this right, I wouldn't have gone to social media. But their efforts were an epic fail from beginning to end. So sad.

After a 20+ year customer relationship with @lanebryant they finally hit a new low. They sent me used shorts with a used face mask in the pocket! Eeeeew! Then they wanted to charge me $5.95 to ship it back. But give me a $10 credit to cover my inconvenience. What????

Next they tried to correct that situation and replace the shorts. But that order got cancelled. After three hours of dealing with them I gave up. I just don’t understand @lanebryant Thought you were better than this. Fortunately there are other stores who want my money.

Lesson idea for Monday: Have students write "6 Things You Should Know About the Events of the Last Week." This is modeled after a column that used to run in ESPN magazine. Have them weave in photos, memes, headlines, etc. Maybe students do this w partners?

A colleague shared a video of a teacher putting stickers on her face every time a new student participated. I tried out the idea, and my classes were determined to get as many stickers on my face in an hour! Needless to say, I looked crazy by the end of it! 🤪 #whateverittakes
