I’ve been going THROUGH it mentally this week + my body said “yeah… we’re getting sick too” 🥲

So tomorrow? We’re editing 👏🏽

And honestly being sick reminded me of something I used to resist:

You don’t have to force yourself to stick to the original plan.

You adjust the plan to fit your energy.
Some days you’re filming, some days you’re editing, some days you’re just resting… and ALL of that still counts as showing up.

Being flexible doesn’t mean you’re failing!

It just means you’re listening to your body and adjusting in a way that actually supports you.

You’re building a system that works for you not against you.

Woke up to this email 🤭

Last month I committed to the #DareToPost challenge and posted on Instagram for 30 days straight.

And honestly it just confirmed how much I’ve grown. 🪴

Having a strong personal brand going into this challenge is what really prepared me! It gave me direction, clarity, and made showing up feel way less overwhelming.

Building that through the AHA mentorship with @mehrrajputUGC is what made consistency feel natural instead of forced. 🙌🏼
