Death itself will be swallowed up.
This hope isn't escapism; it's fuel for present faithfulness. Knowing that Jesus will bring perfect justice empowers us to pursue imperfect justice now without becoming bitter or cynical. We fight for what's right, we defend the vulnerable, we speak truth—but we don't carry the burden of making everything perfect. That's Jesus' job.
