@cvspharmacy way to go.Called in a script for insulin for a t1d on Tues,told they need to talk to the Dr since the script required splitting a box. Rec’d mess the script was ready. Nope they never got ahold of the Dr and never told me that. Son is out of life saving insulin!!!

Called they said no problem we will send a new door in 7-10 days. 2 weeks later door has still not been shipped and the rep said “hopefully” it will go out this week. Terrible!!!!
