A nugget regarding winning the AFC South:
Assuming the Colts lose one more game this season, the WORST-case scenario for #Titans would be win-and-in at Jacksonville in Week 17.
Titans could come in at 7-9, Jags at 8-8. But a Titans W would give them a better division record.

@courtenayrogers The new stadium is going to take the payment burden off of the city of Nashville and the taxpayers. I’m not sure I understand the problem?

@mendesbob Do you have a better alternative to suggest? It appears to me that the current proposal is good for taxpayers, Metro, our teachers that need to be paid, etc.

@freddieoconnell Come on. If it’s so hard for you to understand how a new stadium funded with in-stadium sales tax and tourism dollars is better than paying for an old stadium with $$$ that should go to teachers, you don't need to be mayor.

@SandyMazza Our tax dollars are currently paying for the upkeep of the stadium. In the new stadium scenario, the Titans would be the largest contributor to it, following by the state of TN. The expensive burden the city now has will be greatly relieved.
