Quick Q, @dpd_support. If I've ordered a #covid test & am self isolating & pregnant & your driver delivers it to a "neighbour" (shop) a couple minutes away despite me being in all day because I'm, you know, following the law by self isolating, how am I supposed to get that test?

For myself, my diet falls apart when there are too many plates to spin and I don't have the headspace to plan meals. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

.@TalkTalk I had an email confirming an engineer appointment on the 13th and have just had a text saying it's been moved to the 20th. I've already taken time off work and 2 days is not enough notice! And it's another week with no internet. Very annoyed.

@TalkTalk I understand that. What I don't understand is why an appointment was confirmed with me before it was confirmed with your external supplier and I was only updated 2 days before the appointment was due.

@TalkTalk .@TalkTalk And actually I feel I've been misold to. I joined you with the understanding we would go live on the 13th, that was confirmed via email, and now it's been pushed back with very little consideration for the customer (that's me).
