Last Sunday @ECFA12 were on a plane with 38 talented young footballers and 12 incredible members of staff, 9 of which are volunteers. Travelling to compete in the @lndlazio ‘Roma Caput Mundi’ & ‘Il Calcio É Rosa’ tournaments in Italy. ✈️ ⚽ 🇮🇹

While my role may be behind the scenes, on this tour lots of lessons were learnt. My main role is to ensure the safety, happiness, and well-being of everyone involved.
Seeing the smiles on their faces throughout the week, hope it means we did our job well 😁
