@TUIUKcares So what happened to as soon as they can? 28 days doesn’t retrieve your holiday from the point of no return when you raise the issue on day 1 of holiday. especially when rep has no power to help you. If it’s out of the reps sphere of influence why tell us to depend on them?

@TUIUKcares booking glitch so in wrong hotel only 3 star, witness staff assault 1st night, had to eat out to avoid aggressive guests, stress of being told extra £300 to move to correct hotel for 3 nights means skin condition flared = ruined holiday - can’t get time back 😡furious
