@Delta Refuse reimbursement for fraudulent charges on my credit card AND they refuse reimbursement for having to pay for a bag due to Delta’s inability to get us to our destination as promised. This is absolutely ludicrous and we will make it known that Delta Airlines is AWFUL!!

@Delta Our flight had major delays last night, navigation system. Had to switch planes and then wait longer due to a VIP landing nearby. This resulted in us getting charged more parking fees for our vehicle and extreme fatigue to drive 3.5 hrs home.

@askjcp I bought some earrings online and they were shipped to me through the mail….emphasis on they were MAILED TO ME. I need to return them and am not near a store. Called customer service and was told I can’t return through the mail and treated badly. Please contact me ASAP

@Torrid I’ve called the store-they can’t help, I’ve chatted with a rep-they can’t help, I’ve spoke with customer service- they can’t help. I have a defective item and it was expensive.

@ProductsColeman we bought a coleman product at a store called Cal Ranch. We have no issue with the store but COLEMAN has absolutely sealed the deal on us NEVER again buying a product of theirs. Absolutely disgusted with their idea of service. My son is devastated! You SUCK!
