So could you please please guild her what should she do, live that guy who spoiled her life? Could you please guild us what should we do now.

What should she do file case against him or just go back to her country (India)? If she has to file the case then she has to be here but she can't do that because after 15 days she doesn't have the place to stay without that she can't do that.

She is suffering a lot right now and I am not sure what should I do for her? She left her husband house with help of one VA org who take care of these kinds of case and they move her in woman shelter, they can accommodate her only for 30 days (now only 15 days left).

I am looking help for one of my neighbor she is victims of domestic violence, she is in Virginia US on H4 visa from India. Her husband is on H1B visa and working fulltime in top most healthcare company in the USA.
