though I imagine he was told to do this and this was not his choice. During a time when money is tight and people have saved for a skiing holiday, your response to desperate customers (who just want to amend rather than a refund!) is heartbreaking. 4/4

@crystalski even more upset after speaking to your Customer Service team about our ‘ski’ holiday to #Borovets on the 7th Jan. Not the CS advisor’s fault, but I was given the same response every time with no variation - all holidays from the 7th onwards are going ahead. 1/4

but still received the same response. I was told he didn’t know where Crystal get their weather reports from when I asked to see these (which is what you’re basing the decision to let the holiday go ahead on)! He also would not put me through to a manager 3/4

@crystalski There are no snow making facilities being used on the webcams currently and with temperatures forecast to stay the same til Tuesday I can’t see how more slopes can be opened? We didn’t book to have a “disappointing” ski holiday 🙃
