They have lost my trust and business I’m going to complain through ABTA.
If they had given us that before we went I’d have accepted it as fair. They risked it then offered.

@crystalski @Michael_Toon11 We were told this all last week about our holiday to Borovets. There wasn’t any snow for 2 weeks before we went.
We were sent with 3 beginner slopes open serviced by surface lifts open!!
It has snowed one day (Tuesday) it didn’t change much. Will we be compensated @crystalski

Forecast you were relying on is now showing 0 snow forecast so contrary to what you said there will be no change this week. Are you now going to do the right thing and compensate us? This isn't a ski holiday!!
