@mckearney_david @crystalski @emblain83 @bansko @crystalski I’d still like to see your reports stating they can open more runs, as if the snow canons can’t be used until Tues (with only 6cm of snow due then!), skiing will not be possible until Weds earliest, but more likely Thu. Why won’t you let us amend if there is no snow?!

@crystalski Please give me an update on the situation today? No snow is forecast, on Fri your customer services said you are currently offering penalty free amendments to the passengers due to fly out on 31st. And those flying on the 7th will be contacted and offered the same? Still waiting!

We are due to head out to Borovets on Jan 7th. I have been trying to contact you but i've been on your hold line for nearly an hour. There is no snow forecast due anytime soon and there are only learner slopes open. Will we be offered an alternative?
