@crystalski the view from the queue for the only lift that's in operation in Bansko to go up to the one piste that's open...30 mins of queuing for 10 mins of skiing on the same run over and over again is, again, NOT a ski holiday.
@Eddie_v3@crystalski@heatheralm0nd@bansko That's if the resort is closed and even then its only a few quid per day, not even enough to cover lift passes. They are keeping it open with this one piste so difficult for anyone to claim anything as technically still open.
@crystalski since when does 2km of piste constitute a ski resort? Aren't ski holidays what you guys do?! And yet thanks to you we're off to @Bansko on Saturday to NOT SKI because there's NO SNOW. Terrible customer experience compared to other ski hol providers. Avoid at all costs
@crystalski@heatheralm0nd@bansko@crystalski its day 3 of our lift pass with still only a 2km run open. Forecast you were relying on is now showing 0 snow forecast so contrary to what you said there will be no change this week. Are you now going to do the right thing and compensate us? This isn't a ski holiday!!
@crystalski@heatheralm0nd@mckearney_david@bansko But you DID offer changes and refunds for the same resorts...literally everyone who was travelling there last week were given that option...but because a tiny bit of snow is forecasted (which will melt immediately due to temperatures not being below freezing) we get shafted??
@crystalski@RachelG21544425 Stop peddling this nonsense about the Crystal Ski Promise like it makes any difference to those of us going to Bulgaria as there is NO SNOW at any of the resorts, so your 'Promise' is worth precisely NOTHING. We should be allowed to switch to a different resort or get a refund!!!
