โWe are unionizing because we want equality, better treatment, and better compensation.
As childcare workers, one of the many frontline positions at Compass, we feel that we are undervalued and underpaid for the job that we do.
go back to work and children would have no place safe for them to go and learn. Even though there have been times that staff and children have contracted COVID, weโve remained open throughout the whole pandemic.
