The biggest AI release of the past 2 years just dropped.

Claude Fable 5 is the 'safe' version of Claude Mythos, and it literally destroys every benchmark in existence

Here's what you need to know:

1. It's built to work independently. You don't give it commands. You give it a goal and it loops until the goal is done
2. It think SIGNIFICANTLY more than any other model out there. Give it harder creative challenges than you've ever given an AI model before
3. It's only available to subscribers for 2 weeks. Afterwards you'll have to pay for the API
4. It's double the price of Opus, but still a fraction of the cost of ChatGPT 5.5 Pro. I wonder if this will force OpenAI to cut prices
5. It will very quickly cut you off if you give it any prompts around biology or cybersecurity
6. This might be the first step towards the end of subsidized subscriptions. I wouldn't be surprised if every new model release is not available in subscriptions like Fable
