@maustermuhle Felder did his darndest to impose a standard of perfection that can never be met. As Evans pointed out, whether they implement RCV in June of 2026 or 2036, there will always be SOME voter confusion, because it can never be 100% eliminated.
Why bring #RankedChoiceVoting to the 2028 presidential primaries?
➡️Gives voters more choice & more voice
➡️Encourages more positive, less toxic campaigns
➡️Prevents "wasted" votes for dropped out candidates
➡️Unites parties behind strong nominees w/ majority support
@rcvformaryland Currently 40% of the electorate can elect 100% of the seats. With PRCV, 87% of voters would have representation on the city council. What a change!
➡️ @PeteButtigieg is right. It doesn't have to be this way.
By bringing #ProportionalRepresentation to Congress, the Fair Representation Act makes every race competitive & gives every voter a real voice.

@leedrutman Picking just 1 candidate is also a "cognitively complex task, due to lack of information." If you bother to actually research the candidates, the work is the same. In fact, informal ranking is often part of reaching a final choice. RCV makes that work more meaningful.
🔴 BREAKING: #RankedChoiceVoting wins in Seattle!
Every phone call, door-knock, text, donation, and vote made a difference.
Thank you to everyone who stepped up and showed that better elections in Washington are coming – this is just the start.
@gelliottmorris Your comment stems from your hyperpartisan perspective. Yes, 60% of votes were Republican, but enough of them DID NOT WANT PALIN that they crossed party lines. GOP support is how Peltola won! Don't blame the method. Pick candidates who care about ALL voters.
