ICE is rescinding its rule that threatens to deport international students, a day after we filed our lawsuit.
This is why we sue. The rule was illegal and the Trump Administration knew they didn’t have a chance.
They may try this again. We will be ready.

Great way to start off the first day of spring semester. Thank you to Prof. Walter Johnson for being an ally in our fight for a fair contract! We’re still here and still fighting, @Harvard. A little winter break isn’t going to break @hgsuuaw! https://t.co/QY0ddPkYyB
Harvard University, which has a $41 billion endowment, admits that many students & student workers here are food insecure. But instead of agreeing to fair compensation in a union contract, they're offering discounted muffins. Shameful. #TimesUpHarvard#ContractNow
