@kpottermn To cancel a recent flight, tried the app 3 weeks prior, no response. Friday: cancel request through app, unsuccessful; called (2.5 hrs wait, no callback option) unsuccessful; dm on twitter directs to app or call; texted (2.5 hr wait, 45 min interact) finally successful.
