Here's why $AAPL can meaningfully go higher:

The company already added another $150B to their market cap today. That means over the past 8 hours of trading Apple has added $350B in value.

Some perspective on what investors might be thinking:

1. Investors are likely now expecting the company to earn around $9 in EPS in CY26 (Street is at $7.90).

2. If we're entering a 3-5 year AI bull market, it's reasonable to expect multiple expansion. Those investors are zeroing in on a 35x earnings multiple next year. Currently, AAPL trades at 29x next year's earnings.

3. In a year, the market will be pricing in expectations for 2026. $9 x 35 = $315B, or 45% upside. That implies about a $4.7T market cap, which is hard to fathom. Back in 2018 when Apple crossed the $1T mark, most thought $2T was impossible.
