A new #mRNA-LNP approach can target and reprogram cytotoxic effector T cells in vivo in preclinical models, highlighting the potential for future treatments against infection, cancer, and autoimmunity. @angelarcorrigan@BettsLab@WeissmanLab

hello i published this paper today
proud of this one - it truly turned out cooler than even the most optimistic version of myself thought it would when the project started
also i'm defending in 2 days so if you don't feel like reading just come hear me tell you about it! 🙂
Announcing an available postdoctoral position, focusing on bioinformatic analysis in the context of human viral infection and autoimmunity! Please contact us at https://t.co/3G4c9eqXSL or apply to the following posting: https://t.co/2Yr8QEto9F
Our latest paper just published @NatImmunol: First single cell ATACseq-based definition of HIV reservoirs ex vivo! https://t.co/l1JO2QUB3Z
Congratulations to Vincent Wu @vincewu9 and Laura Vella @LauraVella17
New work from us. Identification of functional resident memory CD8+ T cells against SARS-CoV-2 in tonsils collected prior to the pandemic. The same type of responses are not found in blood. Location matters! https://t.co/Kwuu2Yvh6q
I came so close to being famous last week! I am the “Doc” he referred to in the audience during his speech. I speak, I get heckled. He speaks next and gets in Newsweek. Maybe next time I will wear my Gritty costume. https://t.co/5Uz8aYUNsh
More great work from the Penn COVID research team! Deep immune profiling of MIS-C demonstrates marked but transient immune activation compared to adult and pediatric COVID-19 https://t.co/6tKXqaHQaO
Very excited that our paper on pre-existing cross-reactive SARS-CoV-2 antibodies is out now in @CellCellPress! Here is an excellent summary of our findings by @SCOTTeHENSLEY. Grateful for being able to do team science during a pandemic @PennMedicine
@Hamad_JHU_Lab@Bruskolab@HamadlabH Finally in reply to the two questions about Figure 2A and 2C: these are just representative analyses of data from Penn vs. UFDI. They are NOT the same donors between sites, hence the differences in frequency. The data in 2B and 2D is what is important for comparison
@Hamad_JHU_Lab@Bruskolab@HamadlabH I stand by our team and their findings and we will provide our data for analysis by the scientific community for their own judgement. Reproducibility is critical, and in the case we could not confirm DE cells as a biomarker of T1D, or clone X as a public clone.
Pleased to share our co-authored report that resulted from a collaboration between nPOD (UF) and HPAP (UPenn) contradicting the original findings by Hamad et al. TCR /BCR dual-expressing cells and their associated public BCR clonot... https://t.co/uY8xH3Vcva
@IF91@albertojapp@CellCellPress Julie's paper is now published in Cytometry: https://t.co/VEmeQnbB39
And yes, she showed many of these cells are just complexes
After a year in review at Cell, finally have this published! Congrats Alberto!
