@HMRCcustomers self assessment line closed until September?

[Matt Betts @bettsy21m]

@HMRCcustomers What’s the complaint process?

[Matt Betts @bettsy21m]

@HMRCcustomers can you confirm how many consecutive days you have had to close the phone lines?

[Matt Betts @bettsy21m]

@HMRCcustomers I see. Just threatening letters and then not answering or hanging up. Not sure what else I am supposed to do so I’ll just wait for further contact. Thanks.

[Matt Betts @bettsy21m]

@HMRCcustomers on hold for an hour and then you cut me off after two minutes on the call?

[Matt Betts @bettsy21m]

@HMRCcustomers Hi Danial. Why don’t you call me when you’re ready. Thanks. I’ll wait.

[Matt Betts @bettsy21m]

Ah yeah a refund again. So you refund if someone complains but what if I hadn’t? Just keep it? I want the item. Not a refund.

[Matt Betts @bettsy21m]

@sizeofficial delivery missed on the 13th, no contact since? Just keep my money and no item delivered. Second time this has happened. Is this policy?

[Matt Betts @bettsy21m]

@andrewbensonf1 Why am I seeing this on your feed? Unfollowed.

@Titleist Hi Titleist, I ordered a dozen personalised balls but only 9 arrived. No response from your customer service team, emailed twice now.

@CPWTweets Why did this need to be private?

[Matt Betts @bettsy21m]

@CPWTweets 5 weeks now since you supplied me the wrong phone and refuse to swap it for the phone I am paying for. Any chance? #poorservice #consumerrights #tradingstandards
