@agoda I’ve just been charged £177.77 (inc tax etc) for a hotel when on your own website exactly same room is available for £148.10. You claim you price match but your customer service hasn’t helped me progress a thing so far in refunding the difference-just back and forth.

@DeliverooHelp your ‘customer service’ via Revolver has been the worst I’ve experienced. Over 30 emails back and forth asking the same repetitive questions,then ‘closing’ my complaint even though I have replied. Absolute time wasters who treat their customers with contempt 😡

@boohoo I ordered a New Years eve outfit for ‘next day delivery’ on 29th dec. Still not arrived and tracking saying not delivered yesterday due to ‘bad weather’. Pretty poor excuse and now have to find something else to wear unless it turns up in nxt 3 hours.😤
