After 15 years, 4 schools, and about 500 students, I am shutting the door on a chapter of my life. I love teaching. I have always said that if I could go into the classroom, shut the door, and just teach, I would probably teach forever. But it isn't that simple.

I will miss teaching. I will miss watching the kids grow and learn (and, of course, all the conversations🤣). I will not miss anything else. I am nervous and excited for the future. But I am ready for whatever comes my way. #teacherlife #moving #newadventures #itwastime

I will miss the kids, and I value the lifelong friendships I have made over the years, but it is time to move on. When you teach the youngest kids, they don't always remember you, but I hope I have been a positive influence on all kids who have crossed my path.
