[beet @betweenmonths]

testing out hibi addon api limits (this will also replace the music in my portfolio)

[beet @betweenmonths]

wow xxxx can do this that in one shot, starting to think every model release hype is people astroturfing af.

especially when it came to jev, like what do you mean a system 1 model made a whole ass game when its supposed to be a classifier

this tweet is scheduled because im so eepy but i'm proud to announce that the hibi repository is now public and the first nightly is out. feel free to join the discord for updates, star the repo to follow the project and download the app to try it out! https://t.co/uGx77Perkw

[beet @betweenmonths]

man i didnt know i'd be using the stuff i learned from a random udemy dsa course that i bought 2 years ago

[beet @betweenmonths]

@ritualcasts obsidian is more like a knowledge base, hibi is more general purpose and can* be a knowledgebase, the priority for hibi is to make a writing app fast and customizable to each persons workflow

(i say writing, because we're not limited to markdown files, ntm its open-source)

[beet @betweenmonths]

hey so uhh, we added support for graph navigation, other formats (tho md is best), vim mode and git and now have a "publish" like export (also reduced startup time to <400ms)

we also have a discord now if you wanna follow along before repo is public!
