NHRC DG (I), Dr. Anupama Nilekar Chandra, delivered a lecture on ‘Whole-of-Nation Approach to Nasha Mukt Bharat’ at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi on 24th June 2026. The participants included interns, students, academicians, lawyers, psychologists, among others.
