Knjiga sadrži i mnogo informacija o velikom arhitektu grada Zagreba, Hermannu Bolléu, o kojem smo supruga Annette i ja razgovarali u našem videu ➡️ https://t.co/5WZLtzbniF
Nicolas Baron Adamovich - suosnivač, savjetnik i predsjednik Nadzornog odbora udruge „Znanje na djelu”, nekadašnji predsjednik Njemačko-hrvatske industrijske i trgovinske komore
Spanish PM Pedro Sánchez:
Starting next week, my government will implement the following actions:
First, we will change the law in Spain to hold platform executives legally accountable for many infringements taking place on their sites.
Second, we will turn algorithmic manipulation and amplification of illegal content into a new criminal offense.
Third, we will implement a hate and polarization footprint system to track, quantify, and expose how digital platforms fuel division and amplify hate.
Fourth, Spain will ban access to social media for minors under the age of 16. Platforms will be required to implement effective age verification systems — not just checkboxes, but real barriers that work.
Fifth and last, my government will work with our public prosecutor to investigate and pursue the infringement committed by Grok, TikTok, and Instagram.
This is more than a flag.
It's a symbol of solidarity, democracy, freedom.
An ideal built by democracies, not by oligarchs. A project shaped by citizens, not by billionaires.
Others may prefer division & hatred. Europe chooses empathy, unity & hope.
A future shaped together🇪🇺
@LinkeviciusL Linas, Russian shops are still full of EU products and they are cheaper then in EU. For example, Auchan stores still operate in many RU cities. How is this possible? Don't you have tools for cutting the war profiters' supply channels?
President of Ukraine:
We will work calmly with the US and all our partners. There will be a constructive search for solutions with our main partner. We will definitely not give the enemy any reason to say that Ukraine does not want peace, that it is disrupting the process, and that Ukraine is not ready for diplomacy.
This is the dignity and freedom of Ukrainians, because everything else is based on this: our sovereignty, our independence, our land, our people, and Ukraine's future. We will and must do everything we can to ensure that in the end, there is an end to the war and not an end to Ukraine, Europe, and global peace.
I have just spoken with Europeans, and we are counting on our European friends, who understand that Russia is not far away, that it is close to the EU's borders, and that Ukraine is now the only shield separating comfortable European life from Putin's plans. We remember that Europe was with us, and we believe that Europe will be with us. Ukraine should not experience déjà vu of February 24, when we felt that we were alone, when no one could stop Russia except our heroic people, who stood as a wall against Putin's army.
And we were certainly very pleased when the world said, "Ukrainians are incredible. God, how Ukrainians fight, how Ukrainians struggle, what titans they are." And that is absolutely true. But Europe and the whole world must understand another truth - that Ukrainians are, first and foremost, people.
And for almost four years of full-scale invasion, we have been holding back one of the largest armies in the world, and we are holding a front line of several thousand kilometers. And every night, our people endure shelling, missile attacks, ballistic missile and Shaded strikes. And every day, our people lose someone close to them.
And our people really, really want this war to end. We are, of course, made of steel, but even the strongest metal can give way. Don't forget that. Stand with Ukraine, stand with our people. And therefore, stand with dignity and freedom.
🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺 Rob Jetten, incoming Dutch PM: "It is up to us, a new generation, to carry our European flag with pride.
We are a beacon of freedom and human dignity in a world on fire.
Europe is the most beautiful place on earth". 🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺
Massive protests against the Russian-backed government of Hungary, with Peter Magyar absolutely destroying Orban in the polls.
If Orban allows a free election, it's over for Putin's puppet.
Today is Ukraine’s Independence Day.
We celebrate a nation and its people who are bravely resisting Russia’s war of aggression.
For their freedom. Their peaceful future.
We stand by them for as long as it takes for a just and lasting peace.
With Ukraine, unwaveringly.
We discussed today, in a new videocall meeting of the Coalition of the Willing, how to coordinate our efforts in support of Ukraine ahead of next negotiations.
We all agree that unity and transatlantic coordination in support of Ukraine remain our source of strength in front of continued aggressive behavior by Russia.
Stopping the attacks against civilians and civilian infrastructure is the first step for Russia to show that it is committed to real peace negotiations. How can we trust Russia if it continues to kill innocent people?
We have to continue to put pressure on Russia, including through new sanctions, until peace is achieved.
Ukraine needs our support. No decisions on Ukraine can be taken without Ukraine. That is Ukraine's legitimate right.
Strengthening Ukraine ensures the security of Europe and of our region.
As part of the Coalition of the Willing, we expressed our readiness to contribute alongside the US and our European partners to strong security guarantees, indispensable in this peace process. History has shown that Russia does not observe its own commitments.
As Ukraine's neighbours, contributing to such security guarantees means investing in our own security.
