@RomneyRicketts@MarkHiggie2 The main fault here is cyclists ignoring the highway code, and failing to observe pedestrians as being more vulnerable users than them. They soon squeal when a car is in their way though.
@Jenny_1884 Because our farmers are being put out of business. I'm fortunate, I buy mine from a guy on the market who has his own hens, absolutely fresh as they come. We must support our farms and small businesses, else we'll be in real trouble.
@Jenny_1884 I bake any sweet 'wants', make bread myself now (4 ingredients, as it should be), all using carefully selected flour, which is more expensive, of course. Not so easy when eating out though. More proof they don't care about our health. Why mandate it? is it *just* folic acid? ๐ค
@Jenny_1884 Friend's husband went for a 'well man' check up. Late 50s. No symptoms of any illness, fit guy, just taking up the offer...prostate cancer diagnosed and treated with chemo and radiotherapy. That would be missed now.
@Jenny_1884 I was still at school at 16! I married at 25, when we both felt ready. We didn't live together first, and married for 45 now. I encouraged my daughters to live with their partners before getting married. Both sets of in-laws have long marriages too.
@JamesMelville And that's why I push back, for those who can't. There's nothing 'inclusive' about smart phones and apps. Because I can use them, it doesn't mean I should or will. e.g. Some people can only use cash. I pay with cash, everywhere. I won't be told how to use my money.
@Jenny_1884 I wouldn't have brought children into the world. I can't imagine life without them, but dread, for them, their partners and my beautiful granddaughter, what's coming.
@Persiepasha@SBarrettBar We're best part of the way there now. Just wait for the food and water shortages, energy switch offs etc. The ducks are in a row.
@Bobbybo81081144@SBarrettBar I could basically see all this coming 6 years ago, with both the lockdowns and lots of illegal arrivals, and said then that there's only one way out.
