@VueHelp Purchased 3 tickets and could only use one Lloyds voucher, went to the cinema and the manager cancelled my 2 paid for tickets and used my Lloyds voucher, so waiting to get refunded, been through the online chat and was not very helpful ! WSP2LXZ is the booking reference

@DHLParcelUK terrible service today! Tracking service tells me I will have my delivery 17:08-18:08 leave work early, no parcel ! No attempt of delivery ! Back at the depot at 16:00 but don’t get told this until 18:30 after speaking to advisor no delivery until Monday! Shocking
