Three reasons small businesses struggle with marketing:

1. No time. The owner is also sales, customer service and delivery, so content gets made late at night or not at all.

2. Designers and agencies cost more than most small sellers can pay every month.

3. Most tools are built for stores with a website and online checkout. A lot of sellers close sales in DMs and WhatsApp chats, and the customer pays by transfer.
