Excellent customer service from @Translink_NI allowing me to buy tickets for a train from Coleraine to Dublin which doesn’t run (no fault of theirs) but then tells us the wrong time for the bus replacement and won’t allow us to take another bus without paying again!!

@Translink_NI I’m aware. Had it not been for one of your employees giving us wrong information we would have made the bus sub. Still think it’s disgraceful that we can’t get the X1 for example as NONE of this was our fault. Your mistake to be rectified.
