Of note, Rubio voted in January for a resolution disapproving of Trump admin's lifting of sanctions on Russian firms linked to Oleg Deripaska. It got 57 votes, with 42 Republicans effectively filibustering it to death.

The House and Senate votes on the Deripaska matter were notable for the House/Senate GOP split. House Republicans had a jailbreak, with vast majority voting to keep the sanctions on while vast majority of Senate Republicans voted with Trump to lift them.

Here's a fact that can't be denied. @senatemajldr refused to bring legislation designed to combat Russian interference in our election in 2016. We need to fight against such attacks not silencing the facts. This is NOT a Red or Blue problem. It's an AMERICAN crisis.

You're right about getting things done though. The committees will handle the inquiry. The House body is doing its job. McConnell block most.

Russia IS still doing it. I don't speak Russian and do not want I have to to learn. The FBI is IRAN may do the same. For Trump. .NOT.
