The raid was impossible without the stroke of Joe Biden’s signature.

Under federal law, the Justice Department cannot make decisions about executive privilege; the sitting president decides.
Plausible deniability aside, it was Joe Biden himself who signed off on an FBI review (indictment trap) of Trump’s records, as revealed in a National Archives letter.

The letter, posted on the NARA website, indicates the Biden administration did not believe the former president could assert executive privilege over material, that, by law, had to be turned over to NARA.

Sounds like someone in the admin went fishing—and pulled up a 37 count indictment to hook Joe Biden’s 2024 campaign rival.
