@virginmedia why is it virtually impossible to speak to somebody about a broadband issue. I’ve tried all the auto responses, it’s ridiculous how you’ve made it nigh on impossible to get through.

@virginmedia introducing annual inflationary increases and removing people’s ability to cancel their contracts is a disgrace & only serves to benefit you. People should be given the choice rather than hiding it in the T&C so you can remind them next year when they forget.
