@RoyalMail does anybody actually answer phones , special delivery parcel missing, been to local post office, then sorting office, says it has been delivered but no one seems to know where, sorting office says check again at home and ring if not there , 40 minutes later still

@SCC_Help 2 days of trying and about 3hrs in total on hold of my life I will not get back to cancel one of council tax bills on a sold house, gave up will just cancel bill and see how long it takes to get contact 😡

We want to give a huge shout out to our own chef lecturer, Len Unwin, Anne and Andrea from the Refectory and our head of stores Bev.

They made and hand delivered 300 brownies and 200 cookies to our key workers this afternoon.
